Our Story

Fundara Growth Ltd is a social enterprise with extensive experience in delivering social impact projects and working in close collaboration with communities through co-production of services.

Our Executive Director, Marcela Roshan, started this business after over 20 years working within disadvantaged communities as a social worker. With a strong belief in the power of communities to create systems that support those at a disadvantage or traditionally excluded or underrepresented  in places, communities and services. 

Our approach is built on capital generating partnerships, working alongside communities, to design funding and strategic solutions that are meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable.

Our Mission

We exist to bridge a critical gap—connecting capital to community. Many grassroots initiatives have the vision to create change but lack access to funding and operational support.

Fundara Growth ensures that funding reaches the people and projects that need it most, unlocking real impact on the ground.
